"Delivered on time, but the packaging was rough"
My order did show up on time, which was good, but the box was crushed and everything inside was kind of loose. Luckily nothing was broken, but it definitely didn’t feel packed with much care. I thought about contacting customer service, but I don’t have much faith they’d do anything besides send a generic response. Disappointing overall.

"Delivery was proper quick"
Ordered from parkfieldsupplies.com it showed up way faster than I expected. Got tracking updates the whole way and the parcel landed in just a couple of days. No faff, no stress, I’d definitely use them again...

"Took a Little While to Hear Back"
They did get back to me eventually, but the response wasn’t very quick. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I was definitely hoping to hear from them sooner. I’m glad they replied in the end, though, because waiting around without knowing does feel a bit frustrating.

I just needed a few bits and, for once, the stock showing online was actually right. Walked in, found what I needed, and got out with no messing about. if it had been wrong again I probably would’ve just gone somewhere else, but this time it was spot on...

"Solid quality, for once no hassle"
I’m just relieved this order from Parkfield Supplies didn’t turn into another annoying disappointment. The items actually feel sturdy and well-made, not that cheap flimsy stuff you regret buying the second it arrives. No problems so far, which shouldn’t feel like a big deal but apparently it is these days. I’d buy from them again.

"Refund took longer than I expected"
I accidentally ordered the wrong item and sent it back. The returns info wasn’t super clear, so I had to follow up with them twice about my refund. I did get the money back in the end... but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. Not a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating.

"Delivery come on time, no hassle"
I ordered from Parkfield Supplies and the delivery turns up pretty much when they said it would, so that was good.

The tracking was clear enough and the parcel arrived in good condition. I didn’t have to chase anything up, which is always nice when you just want it sorted.

It was a simple experience really, but that’s what I was wanting. Reliable delivery, no messing about, and I’d use them again.
